Aid Station: There will be aid stations on the course providing water and some electrolytes, reusable water bottles or hydration systems and sun protection are highly recommended as there is limited shade.
5K Course: This is a run/walk course geared for all ages and fitness levels. You will be on a wide hard packed dirt trail that skirts the perimeter on the beautiful grounds of Makani Golf Club. While this course does not have elevation changes there may be rutted areas due to rainfall as well as crossing a few golf pathways.
10K Course: This course is perfect for someone who wants a little more mileage. You will complete two loops of the 5K course as noted above. The 10K participants will need to pass through a wrist band station before completing your second loop. This is a beautiful course and you will have opportunities to take in the beautiful view of pastures below and ocean views beyond.
10M Course: This course will have you running through green pastureland, double track dirt roads, with a few crossings on golf cart pathways and plenty of challenging sections that are not too technical or too steep. This course will cover the 5k course plus two miles in the northern pastures which require you to go through cattle gates on either side. This is a 2-loop course and you will need to pass through a wristband station before completing your second loop.
